Professional Development & Training

Neuroaffirming training for the adults around neurodivergent kids and colleagues

Practical, evidence-informed training for schools, early childhood settings, workplaces and allied health teams across Melbourne — built to be used on Monday morning, not filed away after the session.

  • Single workshops or ongoing partnerships
  • Face to face (inner north & greater Melbourne) or telehealth
  • Delivered by registered psychologists

What “Neuroaffirming” Actually Means In Training

Neuroaffirming practice treats autism, ADHD and other neurodivergence as natural variation, not deficits to correct. In a classroom or workplace, that means adjusting the environment, communication and expectations to work with someone’s wiring rather than pushing against it — not lowering standards, but changing which standards actually apply.
